Can I get a refund on my ticket?

You will be refunded the full cost of your ticket if we have to reschedule or cancel the event for whatever reason. However, if the event is still ongoing but you wish to cancel or are unable to attend, regardless of reason, we will be unable to refund you. 

However, all ticket-holders will have the ability to exchange their ticket(s) with someone else and get their money back (bar a $5 admin fee). You can find more information on this here.
