If you're unable to make the event and are looking to recoup the cost of your ticket (bar a small admin fee), please contact our support desk.
You'll need your email address and order number along with the details of the person you're transferring your ticket to (name and email address).
If you need to find someone to transfer your ticket to, you can post your request inside the following SPF Facebook groups:

Please note: whilst you're free to transfer your original ticket, SPF won't involve themselves in any financial disputes that arise as a result of that process.
