If you’ve received a failed payment notice from Teachable, don’t panic. The Teachable system will automatically try again in a few days and will make three attempts to obtain the payment.
If your credit card information has changed, or you need to change the type of payment on file, you can update that yourself.
When you log in using this link selfpublishingformula.com/mycourses go to the top right hand of the navigation bar where you should see your user silhouette/avatar.
Clicking on that will reveal the option to Add/Change Credit Card.
